General Policies
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30% of the total cost.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy will incur a 30% charge

Payment options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, Western Union or Bank Wire Transfers.
The staff are responsible for the laundering of bed linen and towels. The housekeeper will manage your personal laundry if required.
In compliance with Jamaican regulations governing rental villas, a security guard is scheduled on duty at nights, between 6 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. All bedroom windows are secured with grilles/iron bars.
To protect the privacy of the properties and their guests, service providers are not allowed on the properties.
